WAREHOUSE 3104 FLANNEL SHIRTS ‘C Pattern’

Wearhouse flannel shirts are made using power looms that are only available in limited areas in Japan. Since flannel shirts need to be patterned, they are designed to be able to weave multicolored threads. The warp threads move intricately up and down according to the pattern, and the shuttles with different colored weft threads move back and forth one after another. In this way, the flannel woven with a moderate tension like a power loom becomes a fabric without losing the unevenness inherent in each thread. The flannel fabric that became the fabric is brushed on the back of the fabric following the manufacturing method of the time. Brushing gives the pattern a soft look.
