Is there a minimum order price?
Yes, the minimum order price is up to €100 (EUROS), due to the nature of ICONOSTASIO project. We wish for our clients to purchase complete series of items that are necessary for travels, before their departures and/or after their arrival and save on multiple shipping fees.
How can an an artwork be shipped to me?
Due to their fragile nature, artworks require special treatment when it comes to their shipment. Therefore the shipping costs may very from one artwork to another and from destination to destination. If you are interested in purchasing such a product, you may contact us in order to discuss your order’s shipping and handling details.
What types of payments does ICONOSTASIO accept?
We accept payments through Credit Card payments via PayPal. We do not store, view or have access to your credit card information. This is handled by PayPal a very secure card processing agency. PayPal has an additional buyers protection surcharge 4%. ICONOSTASIO would like to note that in order to protect your security we are unable to accept orders by phone or e-mail.
How does ICONOSTASIO ship my order?
We normally ship worldwide with EMS EXPRESS * (The International Express Postal Network) courier with an included tracking number. All orders usually ship within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping costs are automatically calculated on checkout, based on shipment type and destination. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs, weather, or circumstances that are out of our control.
Please note that deliveries in non-EU countries might incur an import tax the value of which we cannot know or control. You are solely liable for any import fees.
Why do some items require a shipping quotation?
Special items, such as artworks, might require non-standard shipping arrangements which we need to cover over on a case-by-case basis, in which case ICONOSTASIO should inform you regarding the shipping fees to your selected address.
Can I receive some items before my trip, and others when I arrive at my destination?
Certainly. Feel free to place one order to the address of your choice before you depart, and another order to the address of your arrival.
Do you offer V.A.T. off purchases?
If your shipping address is outside the European Community, you can avoid double taxation. The E.U. Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) will not be included in the final price and the final invoice you receive will reflect your tax exemption.
Risk of loss and title for Goods purchased from ICONOSTASIO pass to you upon delivery of such Goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments but ICONOSTASIO stays happy to help.
What is your return policy?
ICONOSTASIO accepts the return of non-faulty, non-used items within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receiving your purchase (as marked by the courier provider). ICONOSTASIO can provide a return form, which you can use to inform us about your decision to return an item but you are not obligated to use it. We offer full refund on the purchase price once we verify that the items have not suffered any destruction or deterioration from mishandling. You must send the unused goods back within fourteen (14) days of informing us.

If goods you bought from ICONOSTASIO turn out to be faulty or do not look as described, we must repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund. As a general rule, you will only be able to ask for a partial or full refund when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods.
Do you offer refunds?
The refund covers the purchase price (plus local taxes when applicable) but does not include shipping/customs clearing or charges paid to dispatch the package to or from you. If the return of the products is not motivated by a product defect or an error committed by ICONOSTASIO, you will bear the shipping charges for the return. Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages, you must also notify us via e-mail of the tracking number. Regarding our cash back refund policy, according to E.U. law we are entitled to a thirty (30) day period before affecting your refund but in most cases, we will redeem you immediately. ICONOSTASIO is not responsible for any money transfer charges that may occur, what we receive is exactly what we return in case of a refund. After a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days, ICONOSTASIO also reserves the right to refund via wire transfer only.
ICONOSTASIO should inform you that you have to pay the costs of returning the goods. You do not have to pay any other charges that you were not informed about.
Credit notes from canceled orders cannot be transferred to other individuals. Credit notes are valid for twelve (12) months.
Can I cancel my order?

Are the colours of the photographed items accurate?
We take every possible step to reproduce the colours all items as true as possible to the original pieces, colours might vary slightly due to limitations of browsers, operating systems and monitors. As a general guideline, please set your monitor to full brightness and disable night mode.
RELATIONSHIP WITH A CLIENT
All our clients are equal and we work on a first come – first served basis. To ensure that our distribution of items is done with respect to the designer/manufacturer and our clients, we avoid using ready-made images or generic descriptions for the products we sell. We offer complete customer support to ensure that you choose the correct fit for the products you want and we maintain a fair and well-balanced return policy to secure customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty. Feedback is very important to us and we appreciate knowing how you feel about our products and services.
Our dispute resolution mechanisms involve consulting with a lawyer and taking legal actions.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ICONOSTASIO harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of ICONOSTASIO’s site.
We offer a free of charge two (2) year guarantee on non-consumable products. ICONOSTASIO guarantees the authenticity of every product it stocks.
ICONOSTASIO reserves the right to change the TERMS & CONDITIONS at any time. ICONOSTASIO advices you to review them in details before placing an order. Your continued use of the ICONOSTASIO’s Services after a change to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms. If ICONOSTASIO makes changes, will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, ICONOSTASIO may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an e-mail notification).
